As a People Operations Specialist you will be responsible for all aspects of our company’s daily operations in Hyderabad or Bangalore, India and you’ll contribute to making the Aptly a great place to work. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations.
  • Provide HR administrative support to the HR team and the broader organization.
  • Maintain employee data in systems like SharePoint and Keka to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support colleagues with their benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans (provident fund, etc.)
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Assist employees with enrollment in medical insurance.
  • Assist HR with manager follow up on various employee and organizational needs.
  • Help resolve employee queries regarding their Benefits & Leaves.
  • Assist with employee communication.
  • Assist with payroll generation.
  • Asset management and distribution of assets to employees.
  • Coordinate with US team, one or two hours night time per day to work on US PST time zone.
  • Assist with special HR projects – which can include plan, design, communication, and training and/or implementation logistics.
  • Bookkeeping, assist CPA company and other vendors.

•       Hybrid or Bangalore work arrangement, requiring on-site presence three times per week. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in an HR support role
  • Knowledge of HRIS system
  • Should have knowledge of India statutory compliance.
  • Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and able to research, compile and clearly present information and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Financial and bookkeeping work experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline desired
